The fact that the material is nonallergenic and mold and mildew resistant plays a big role in many homes. Use this padding under rugs on hardwood floors, tile, marble, stone and concrete floors. One big asset of this pad is that since it does not contain any rubber or petroleum based products, it is rated as one of the best pads for laminate floors that could react negatively to other products.
When you choose a quality felt jute pad for your rugs and floors, make sure to choose one that is a 40 ounce weight and contains only recycled materials. There are some available that are much less dense made with synthetic material or latex and this could cause to provide more harm than none.
